    Job Description:

    The Paid Social Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Collaboration with the digital marketing team focuses on developing strategies that boost engagement levels and improve conversion rates alongside return on investment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Organize and administer paid social media advertising campaigns on various platforms.

    2. Track campaign performance and make adjustments to achieve key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.

    3. Perform A/B testing to enhance the effectiveness of advertisements.

    4. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad copy and visual materials.

    5. Analyze campaign results and provide regular performance reports to clients and internal management.

    6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platform features, and best practices.

    7. Effectively distribute budgets and allocate resources between campaigns to maximize return on investment.

    8. Identify opportunities for improvement in social media strategy development.

    Requirements:

    Candidates should have demonstrated experience in Paid Social Specialist or Digital Advertising Specialist positions or equivalent roles.

    A thorough understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and advertising platforms for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.

    Strong analytical skills, expertise in data analysis, and proficiency in using reporting tools.

    The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.

    Creative thinking, strong communication skills, and previous A/B testing experience.

    Expertise in Google Analytics and Facebook Insights or comparable tracking platforms.

    A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar fields is preferred, but not required.
