    Job Title: Safety, Health and Environment Manager

    **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) professional to join our team as a Senior SHE Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and continuously improving our SHE systems across elevated metro construction works.

    **Key Responsibilities:*


    1. Safety Management: Develop, implement and enforce Project SHE Plan in line with Metro Rail Safety Rules, ISO 45001 and company policies.


    2. Ensure safe execution of high-risk activities such as work at height (pier erection), launching girder operations using specialized cranes or gantries.


    Liaise closely with engineers supervisors contractors clients officers while conducting Job hazard assessments daily site visits ensure compliance procedures.
