Salary : 5-7 Years - INR 17 LPA

Salary : 8 -10 Years - INR 19 LPA

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Siebel system Roll-out and Improvement projects for the wholesale European branches;

Standardize and improve the current programs (CRM);

Business analysis and customer service for new requirements;

Takeover from project team and assure post-implementation system stabilization for the new sites;

Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design;

Solve unexpected situations from users;

Implement new programs for new business process;

Comply with internal work processes like Change Miner and ITSM.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Information Technology Degree or Business Administration (or comparable qualification)

5 - 8 years experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle PL/SQL programming;

Good experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript or Siebel VB, Business Services;

Familiar with Siebel application automation, Workflow, Siebel EIM, data mapping design;

Experience working on large, complex projects with tight deadlines;

Web/App Mobile skills, OS, DB, WEB and WAS Knowledge will be considered a plus;

Very good English skills - spoken and written.
