- Assist the USA recruitment team in their search for current and future technical opportunities.
- Complete recruitment accountability, using the resources offered to actively search the country for the best personnel in order to maximize candidate selection and corporate fit
- Create talent pools in the USA to support the organizations need for a variety of technical skill sets.
- Create and maintain enduring connections with both active job searchers and passive applicants in the hopes of being hired or expanding your network.
- Expertise in both conventional and unconventional hiring techniques.
- Aggressively locate and contact qualified candidates for open positions by using active recruitment strategies.
- Bachelors degree or comparable experience in a similar profession.
- Immediate joiners are preferable for this role and must be based out in Chandigarh,India.
- Experience in the US market is must with 4 to 5 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting are needed.
- Knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, and work permits in the USA is required.
- When speaking with applicants, you should be prepared, courteous, and proactive.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and has expertise in setting up candidate interviews
- Requires a technical recruitment experience and a solid comprehension of IT terminologies.
