Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome passengers as they arrive at the airport
Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
Ensure compliance with all airport security regulations
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure smooth and timely operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
Must be able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Prior experience in customer service or airport operations is a plus, but not required
