    We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Solarsys Innovations Private Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing control systems for machines and equipment.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics, with expertise in PLC programming using Siemens TIA Portal or comparable systems.

    In addition to their technical knowledge, the Automation Specialist must possess excellent analytical thinking skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.

    The role involves collaboration with internal departments and external partners, as well as providing technical documentation and training to operating personnel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and optimize control systems for machines and equipment
    • Create visualization systems for monitoring and controlling equipment
    • Commission, test, and troubleshoot automation systems
    • Support the development of new machine controls and drive technologies
    • Implement modifications and optimizations to existing control systems
    • Produce technical documentation and train operating personnel
    • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners

    Requirements:

    • Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
    • Solid knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, or comparable systems)
    • Experience in drive technology, sensors, and industrial communication is an advantage
    • Knowledge of circuit diagram creation and E-Plan is a plus
    • Experience with Siemens and NC control systems
    • Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent way of working
    • Willingness to travel for commissioning and service assignments (depending on the project)

    Description:

    The Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment. This includes designing and implementing control systems that meet the required specifications, creating visualization systems for monitoring and controlling equipment, and collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless integration.

    The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think analytically, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. They will also be able to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
