Generate leads byidentifying potential customers and collecting relevant informationduring calls.
Handle customer objections andprovide additional information or solutions asneeded.
Adhere to all relevant laws andregulations related to telemarketing including obtaining consentfor calls and respecting Do Not Calllists.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthlysales targets.
Collaborate with team membersand contribute to a positive workenvironment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller ortelemarketer is preferred.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to follow scripts andguidelines effectively.
Goaloriented with astrong desire to achieve targets.
Familiaritywith CRM software and databasemanagement.
Ability to handle objections andresolve customer concerns.
High level ofprofessionalism and customercentricapproach.
Basic computer skills andfamiliarity with officesoftware.
Adaptability and willingness tolearn about new products/services.
Compliancewith ethical telemarketing practices andregulations.
We require Experienced (Two Yearor Above) who have completed their MBABBA Or any otherDiscipline AnyMarketing Experience in School management software E Commerce Hotelmanagement software etc.
