    Aboutthe Role:We are looking for aChat Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptionalcustomer service to our clients through chat. As a Chat SupportExecutive you will be responsible for responding to customerinquiries resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfactionthrough chat support. The ideal candidate should have excellentcommunication skills and be able to multitaskefficiently.

    Getto work with the smart leaders from theindustry:Our CRM team is ledby Bala Subramaniam who has over 18 years of experience inOperations Training Customer Service and Product Development andfolks who are providing excellent customer service to our users :)He has worked earlier with Jubilant Food Chai PointBigbytes.

    Whatwill you get to do Respond tocustomer inquiries through chat support in a timely andprofessional manner. Provide customers withaccurate information and solutions to theirqueries. Escalate complex issues to theappropriate team members. Maintain customersatisfaction by providing exceptional customerservice. Collaborate with team members toimprove customer support procedures andpractices. Monitor and track customerfeedback and suggest improvements to theteam. Meet and exceed performance metricssuch as response time resolution time customer satisfaction scoreandproductivity.
