- Plan, own, and execute a data-driven & customer-centric Paid Advertising Strategy across Hackerkid product lines to execute the goals of the business with the best ROI
- Generate & meet the lead requirements from the sales team across channels such as Facebook, Google, Linked In, Quora, and Native Ads. (more platforms are recommended)
- Analyze Competitors & identify new opportunities using tools like SEMRush and optimize the Paid Advertising strategies consistently.
- Develop and evolve advanced targeting & segmentation strategies that deliver truly most valuable campaigns
- Own the business goals across the Marketing Funnel from reducing the Lead Generation cost to optimizing Customer Acquisition Costs
- Measure & Report the business-related KPIs to management and agree on the actions plans agreed based on data
- Analyze & draw insights from each paid medium and take necessary actions to meet the ROI goals in close coordination with the sales team.
- Work with an enterprising team and contribute to organizational goals via self-driven initiatives.
- Should have worked with a CRM earlier
- Work Experience in K-12 Products or Subscription Model will be added benefit
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Passionate Brand Builder

The ideal candidate will own the online advertising strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for GUVIs Hackerkid Courses (K-12 Programs). This candidate will launch advertisements with a clear focus on ROI & CAC.
