    Senior Marketing Analyst: Be the Engine of Our Customer Acquisition

    About the Role:

    We are looking for a data-driven and analytical Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing data to measure performance, and providing insights to optimize our marketing efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and utilize marketing automation tools like HubSpot to nurture leads and automate marketing workflows.
    • Leverage Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
    • Maintain and optimize company WordPress website, including landing pages and content.
    • Utilize email scraping techniques (respecting all legal and ethical guidelines) to build targeted email lists.
    • Manage social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content and running social media campaigns.
    • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns (search, display, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and leads.
    • Create comprehensive reports on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics like website traffic, lead generation, and ROI.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in marketing campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics.
    • Proven experience using marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and its applications.
    • Experience with website development and content management systems like WordPress.
    • Experience with email scraping techniques (must comply with all legal and ethical guidelines).
    • Experience managing social media campaigns and communities.
    • Experience with Google Ads campaign creation and management.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Data-driven and detail-oriented.
