    Understanding project scope, specifications, timeline, etc., Estimation of
    resources, baseline planning.

    Conducting site visits and gathering all project site relevant local data including
    logistic challenges.

    Managing overall operations for executing the projects

    Taking lead on technical aspects of the project and providing all technical inputs
    to the onsite engineer

    Project detailing and coordination with the top management to establish the
    scope, timeline, and budget. Contract formation in co-ordination with the
    company's contract cell.

    Identification of potential vendors having similar experiences.

    Project monitoring and controls, Construction management.

    MIS Reporting to the top management.

    Lead, Managing and handle a team of Engineers and drive the project work from
    them.

    Ensure customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and quality of work. Address
    customer service concerns and monitor customer satisfaction. Motivate
    employees to achieve organizational goals and perform employee management
    responsibilities such as hiring, training, conducting performance reviews and
    resolving issues.

    Required Skill Set :

    Mature personality with a firm commitment towards outstanding quality and
    service standards
    Knowledge of customer care management, CRM
    Knowledge of Hindi / local regional language is essential.
    Self-motivated professional with systematic work style & experience in
    performance management and team management.

    Good at Technical and MIS reporting
    Computer savvy with required proficiency in IT, MS Office applications to create
    reports, documentation as defined by the management.
    Excellent English oral & written communication skills with the ability to connect with
    customers & co-workers at all management levels
