- Prospecting and acquiring new business from North region. This includes identifying, developing and execute media sales strategies, with the goal of driving significant revenue.
- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks agencies, business partners and maintain a minimum threshold of Ad Sales revenue.
- Identifying new business development opportunities, and keep strong relationships with agency influencers and decision makers.
- Create aggressive sales pitch, seal new business. Also, make sure that the delivery is being met to clients, responsible for end-to-end sales process.
- Develop and maintain a prospecting / targeting system, implement it to provide weekly/monthly pipeline reporting to the management team.
- Work with cross functional teams that deals with Transcreators for campaigns.
- At least 4 years of proven Ad Sales experience at a digital media company/agency
- Problem solving attitude. Delivering creative content solutions to help brands with maximum outreach against their investment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Effectively meet client commitments by working with teams across organization
- Relationship management skills
