    SAP Business Development Manager - SOUTH

    Location: Bengaluru, India

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP Business Development Manager to join our team in South India.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with midmarket and upmarket customers in the IT sector.
    • Pipeline building, management, and analysis to achieve sales targets.
    • Demonstrate expertise in ERP solutions and licenses sales, preferably with SAP RISE and S/4HANA.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

    Requirements:

    • 7-12 years of experience in ERP solution and licenses sales, with at least 5 years in SAP sales.
    • Fluent English language skills (oral and written).
    • Familiarity with medium business challenges and issues.
    • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or related field.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM.
    • Tenders and bidding experience.
    • Proposals writing and responding to RFIs/RFPs.

    Salary Range:

    INR 25-40 Lacs per annum (approximately USD $320,000-$500,000)
