- Working closely with the Polish teams to support on event organization and managing purchase orders.
- Assembling and distributing materials; compiling and/or tracking data; verifying the accuracy of data collected, securing vendor estimates and purchase orders, processing invoices, ensuring vendor quality; overseeing the execution of project deliverables.
- Supporting Customer Care Businesses by Sales Force use to register requests from customers/ sales representatives. Creating and processing notes. Managing transactions, returns and invoices.
- Final Year Bachelors or Masters Graduate (Administration, Language and Philology studies, Business, Management, IT)
- Polish native with excellent English oral/written communication skills is a must (Minimum B2)
- Computer literate
- Strong ability to create and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Autonomous, with good planning and organizing skills
- Hybrid working mode (2 days in the office)
