THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Short-Term Rental Manager to take over the daily digital and operational coordination for two beautiful properties in Spain (a hilltop villa and a beach studio).
We are stepping back from day-to-day operations and want a dedicated partner to drive occupancy and handle the logistics.You will be compensated on a result-based structure (e.g., base + commission per booking, or a percentage of revenue) to reward high performance.
Your Responsibilities (The 3 Pillars):
- PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
Listing Uniformity:
Audit, update, and ensure our properties are listed uniformly and attractively across all rental sites (Airbnb, , and our direct Lodgify site).
Lodgify Synchronization:
Ensure Lodgify is perfectly synced with all platforms to maintain accurate pricing, enforce minimum stays, and guarantee zero double-bookings.
Ensure we get as many "no/low commission" bookings as possible."- BOOKING MANAGEMENT
Sales & Inquiries:
Manage new booking requests immediately via all platforms to secure reservations and ensure both properties remain continuously rented out.
Guest Messaging:
Act as the primary point of contact, providing 5-star communication before, during, and after the guest's stay.
Financial Reporting:
Provide a simple, clear monthly report detailing financial performance, occupancy rates, and platform fees.
- SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Cleaning Coordination:
Schedule and contact our local cleaning service for all check-ins and check-outs, ensuring they have the up-to-date calendar (In Spanish, via whatsapp)
Gardening:
Coordinate with our local gardener to ensure the villa's exterior remains pristine (In Spanish, via whatsapp).
Repairs & Maintenance:
Act as the "dispatcher" for any local repairs.
If a guest reports an issue, you will contact our local handyman/technicians to resolve it without our involvement unless it is a major emergency.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (you will communicate with international guests and our local Spanish service teams).
Extremely fast response times for guest inquiries.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Compensation:
We are looking for a performance-based partnership. Please reply with your proposed rate structure (e.g., % of booking revenue, or low monthly base + per-booking commission).
