Responsibilities
:· Develop and lead internal communications strategy focused on the HTS/HTS India team's priorities, mission and messages, supporting efforts to strengthen employee engagement and drive business results.
· Support major HTS initiatives, organization transitions, leadership changes, and other transformation steps through innovative and effective communication plans that address the needs of varied audiences and stakeholders.
· Focus on executing the details around communications excellence, including communications platforms and message delivery.
· Support cross-company measurement of internal communications effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
· Raise the bar on the quality of internal communications by guiding content strategies that result in elegantly simple, visually compelling, and easily understandable communications.
· Oversee and contribute to editorial planning/development in support of the commercial team's agenda.
· Support the execution of India Leadership Meetings, the annual Growth Symposium, and functional town halls.
YOU MUST HAVE:
· A bachelor's degree.
· Minimum 10 years of demonstrated successful experience in internal communications, especially in a corporate or an agency environment.

· Experience leveraging software to create polished and compelling communications, which may include videos, presentations, podcasts, and simple infographics.
· An extraordinary ability to work productively with executives, clients, and partners at all levels.
· The ability to handle pressures and demands from multiple clients and competing priorities.
