    Purpose of the Job:

    The role holder will be performing the Business Partnering responsibilities for a business unit. This role involves engaging with associates through the life cycle of the associate from joining to exit.

    Expereince Needed

    4 - 7 Years of Expereince in Core HR BP domain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Associate onboarding and Induction.
    • Implementation of Talent Programs like Performance Management , Top Talent Program, Succession Planning, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Satisfaction Survey .
    • Implement Compensation, benefits and policy administration, rewards and recognition initiatives.
    • Implement Associate engagement framework.
    • Associate retention.
    • Associate communication.
    • Implement Learning and development initiatives.
    • Implement vital Business & HR strategies.
    • Data reporting and analysis.
    • Associate safety, welfare, wellness and health Spearheading organization wide initiatives.

    Key competencies

    Functional:

    • Knowledge of Talent processes – Performance Management, Top Talent Identification and development , Successor Identification.
    • Compensation Structures.
    • Data reporting and analysis.
    • Learning Need Analysis, Learning models, methods of collecting feedback.
    • Employee Engagement Frameworks.
    • Sound knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint.
