    Description


    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Director/Associate Director - Recharge & Billers.


    Responsibilities:

    • Drive business development initiatives within the Recharge and Bill Payment vertical.
    • Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities while launching new business categories on the application.
    • Lead commercial negotiations and oversee agreement closures with partners.
    • Develop activation plans to enhance product visibility and stimulate demand through comprehensive awareness campaigns.
    • Manage existing accounts, including implementing marketing alliances/offers and driving upselling of payment gateway services.
    • Collaborate on strategic initiatives with online merchants and banks.
    • Forge partnerships with B2B merchants for integrating recharge API services.
    • Drive new product innovations to meet market demands and enhance competitiveness.
    • Maintain relationships with payment aggregators, negotiating commercials for indirect accounts.
    • Prepare and deliver product pitches, manage commercial negotiations, and ensure seamless product integration until launch.
    • Act as a single point of contact for issue resolution and facilitate coordination between internal teams.
    • Utilize CRM tools like Clevertap for efficient management of customer relationships and data.

    What skills would you possess:

    • Proven track record in business development, preferably within the Recharge and Bill Payment industry.
    • 10 years or more of progressive experience in Fintech.
    • Strong negotiation and agreement closure skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
    • Experience in managing B2B partnerships and driving product innovations.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Clevertap, is preferred.
