We are looking for a passionate and energetic trainee to join our growing team. You'll gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of virtual assistant, working alongside industry professionals.

    Job Overview:

    Join our team as a Trainee Administrative Virtual Assistant and dive into a comprehensive training program covering administrative tasks, communications, marketing, social media handling, and calls management. You'll gain valuable experience in various aspects of remote administrative support, setting the stage for a successful career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is a night shift, remote position.

    Responsibilities:

    Meticulously manage client calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication flow through email and phone handling.

    Handle document creation, filing, and organization tasks to keep everything streamlined.

    Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

    Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, ads, and stories using multiple platforms.

    Qualifications:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.

    Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging and shareable content.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

    You'll need a high-speed broadband internet connection, a PC equipped with at least 4 GB of RAM, and reliable, quality headsets and a webcam.

    Shifts : Night Shifts (EST)

    Compensation:

    You will receive a stipend of ₹6,000/Month during the training period.

    Upon successful completion, the position offers a salary package between ₹4.8 lac to ₹6 lac per annum.
