Position: Technical Recruitment/ Non-Technical Recruitment

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1 year+

Qualification: Graduation Degree (Any Stream)

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and qualifying relevant candidates through Job portals, references, and .
• Strong experience in screening potential candidates and coordinating with the HR manager to meet the requisite standards of recruitment expectations.
• Scheduling interviews after pre-qualifying the candidates.
• Abide to the delivery within the TAT.
• Team player with a focus on sharing industry best practices with team members.
• Excellent /Good verbal and written communication skills are a must for this position.
• Should have good knowledge of the different technological/ functions skills.
• Should be self-motivated and take ownership of the entire recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 years Talent acquisition experience
