    About the Role :

    • In your pivotal role as Engineering Manager for DevOps, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing a comprehensive DevOps strategy that enhances our collaborative development and operational capabilities.

    • Strategic DevOps Leadership : Spearhead the development and execution of our DevOps vision, ensuring it aligns with our overarching business objectives.

    • Toolchain Optimization : Stay at the forefront of DevOps tools and technologies, from CI/CD systems to container orchestration platforms, ensuring our toolchain is both powerful and efficient.
    • Lead the exploration and adoption of emerging tech, keeping our operations agile and competitive.
    • Knowledge Dissemination : Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to share insights and best practices, empowering our team with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
    What You Bring to the Team :

    • A solid foundation in Computer Science or Engineering, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
    • A rich professional background (912 years) in software development, IT operations, or direct DevOps engagement.
    • Advanced proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Shell scripts), with a strong command over containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
    • Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD methodologies and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
    • A keen understanding of API management platforms (such as Kong) and a knack for navigating complex technical challenges in a highvelocity environment.
