    Duties you'll be entrusted with:

    • We are looking for a dynamic Business Dev Executive with a passion for smashing sales targets, excels in strategic planning and who revels in building and optimising processes that set us apart from the competition.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through conversion, and client acquisition.
    • Engage with clients through calls, demos, providing them with a compelling experience over calls
    • Drive revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and own the complete sales cycle.
    • Build and nurture strong client relationships by conducting Career Counselling to prospective leads, providing solutions, and demonstrate how the product/service addresses their challenge.
    • Stay informed about market trends by attending sales meetings to adapt sales strategies for optimal performance and market relevance.

    Basic Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Proactive, self starter and highly motivated and goal oriented.
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Good networking skills - ability to start relationships and build rapports.
