Responsibilities

To issue material to the staff/labor.
To receive material from vendors.
To do bills entry & submission according to
(a) According to specification (b) According to all details Any problem in bill, continuous follow-up.
To maintain database of purchase entries, Inward, Material Issue, Monthly total consumption, Stock inventory.
To maintain 5S of store.
To be responsible for local transportation of material for company.
To be responsible for small purchases/ on call etc.
To reduce stock, store inventory
