    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate and manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    2. Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and technical experts, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

    3. Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate them to all relevant stakeholders.

    4. Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

    5. Conduct regular project status meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.

    6. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

    7. Monitor project expenses and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

    8. Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

    9. Ensure all project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and deliverables, are accurately maintained and updated.

    10. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

    11. Stay updated with industry trends, project management methodologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance project execution.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, project management, or a related field.

    2. 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within the digital marketing industry.

    3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

    5. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, task management, and collaboration.

    6. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.

    7. Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate challenges and resolve conflicts.

    8. Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.

    9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    10. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess project risks and make informed decisions.
