    Designation: Deputy Manager

    Role: Sr. Executive Compliance (Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Due Diligence)

    Promote an organizational culture that values integrity and compliance.

    • a repository of lessons learned relating to compliance.
    • and implement actions for mitigation/resolution of problematic issues and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
    • as primary contact for Due Diligence, TPRM and G&H Module inquiries from all stake holders

    Communication, Training & Awareness

    • Genesis sessions for new staff (below GM level)
    • training materials (incl. e-learning modules as needed) and conduct training sessions in consultation with reporting manager.
    • in preparing, review and summarize reports, documents / presentations.
    • the immediate manager by gathering relevant information / content for building the eLearning Modules.
    • the immediate manager in end-to-end execution of all eLearning Modules.
    • the immediate manager with every / any training related activity
    • publishing training stats across all regions and doing continuous follow ups with the regional SPOCS to ensure all employees have undergone the training / certification process.
    1. Provide administrative, organizational and scheduling structure and support.
    2. Ensure all policies / regulation and manuals etc. are upto date across all platforms wherever they may have been hosted.
    3. Assist in preparing a variety of reports, including attending meetings to gather information, conducting internet and other research.
    4. Perform special projects and other duties, time to time as assigned.
    5. Act as liaison between immediate manager and department head and represent and communicate issues and directives.
    6. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
    7. Judicious use of natural resources
