- Genesis sessions for new staff (below GM level)
- training materials (incl. e-learning modules as needed) and conduct training sessions in consultation with reporting manager.

- publishing training stats across all regions and doing continuous follow ups with the regional SPOCS to ensure all employees have undergone the training / certification process.
- Provide administrative, organizational and scheduling structure and support.
- Ensure all policies / regulation and manuals etc. are upto date across all platforms wherever they may have been hosted.
- Assist in preparing a variety of reports, including attending meetings to gather information, conducting internet and other research.
- Perform special projects and other duties, time to time as assigned.
- Act as liaison between immediate manager and department head and represent and communicate issues and directives.
- Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
