    HR Generalist (Philippines) - DELHI/NCR

    The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in fostering employee engagement and satisfaction, providing comprehensive support and guidance on company policies and procedures, compliance, onboarding, records management, and various HR projects.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for endtoend employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, onboarding, training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and offboarding.
    • Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with company goals.
    • Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
    • Process monthly payroll, and government contributions.
    • Actively participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures that promote a positive work environment and strong employee relationships.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
    • Supports seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and newly regularized employees, providing them with essential resources and support.
    • Prepare HRrelated reports and documentation as needed.
    • Assist with all internal and external HRrelated matters, such as but not limited to, pre and postemployment verification, COEs, and other general queries.
    • Assist in timely resolution of employee relations challenges and departmental initiatives.
    • Create reports as deemed necessary.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualification And Experience:

    • MBA in HR with 5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration & Well versed with Labor code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulations is a must.
    • Good knowledge in payroll.
    • Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Creative and critical thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver.
    • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
    • Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization.
