- Responsible for endtoend employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, onboarding, training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and offboarding.
- Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with company goals.
- Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
- Process monthly payroll, and government contributions.
- Actively participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures that promote a positive work environment and strong employee relationships.
- Manage and maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
- Supports seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and newly regularized employees, providing them with essential resources and support.
- Prepare HRrelated reports and documentation as needed.
- Assist with all internal and external HRrelated matters, such as but not limited to, pre and postemployment verification, COEs, and other general queries.
- Assist in timely resolution of employee relations challenges and departmental initiatives.
- Create reports as deemed necessary.
- MBA in HR with 5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration & Well versed with Labor code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulations is a must.
- Good knowledge in payroll.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and critical thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
- Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization.
