    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at NyxGen Transitions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and nurturing client relationships. They will also be tasked with promoting and selling our software solutions to businesses of all sizes. The Sales Executive will need to meet sales targets, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound cold calling.
    • Present and explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
    • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to effectively overcome objections and close sales.
    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Knowledge of software development and IT solutions
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
