What makes the role meaty?

• Candidate Sourcing and Outreach: Identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Reach out to potential candidates through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings to gauge their interest and qualifications.
• Writing and posting job openings.
• Source, Screen and Filter out potential candidates.
• Presenting a candidate to an employer or hiring manager.
• Scheduling and co-ordinating interviews between candidates and employers.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
