    Description

    Position Summary :

    • Lead the 2 people HR team in a fast growing set up.
    • Create and drive the endtoend people strategy and agenda and work closely with senior leaders to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation & excellence.
    • Establish as a talent acquisition lead in the space of renewable asset management.
    • Support organization to strengthen process capabilities for enable growth.
    • The incumbent will assume responsibility for all aspects of HR, primarily Talent Acquisition, Employer brand, Employee relations, Digitization, Inclusion and Diversity, HR Ops etc. Need for highly developed interpersonal & communication skills, stakeholder & team management, knowledge of employment laws, understanding of people best practices in the technology space is pivotal.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities :

    Talent Acquisition & Management :

    • Continuously enhance people productivity for solar site operations via bestinclass technology adoption, talent management and optimization
    • Enhance talent management practices for superior career planning and talent retention
    • Talent pipeline creation & development for high impact roles
    • Implement appropriate strategies for talent acquisition of quality hires, further augmented by right induction & onboarding processes Employee Relations Oversee operations of thirdparty vendor partners for 100% compliance and smooth business support
    • Ensure talent has access to bestinclass resources and capability building is targeted to individual and organizational needs for growth
    • Given diversity of talent pool, help build collaboration across BUs, departments, and locations to unlock the potential of the larger organization
    • Establish as an Employer of choice for diverse and minority talent segments Engagement
    • Minimum 10 years in Talent Acquisition and HR
    • Experience working as a HRBP & COE in a growing set up o Prior experience with technology startups that have seen scale
    • Prior experience of working with organizations intensive in contractual staffing
    • Exposure to working in fast paced & high ownership environments
