Overview:

The SeniorExecutive Warehouse Operations (QSR) plays a crucial role inensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouseoperations in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. They areresponsible for overseeing the daytoday activities of the warehouseoptimizing inventory management and ensuring timely delivery ofgoods to support the seamless operations of the QSRoutlets.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Manage and overseethe overall warehouse operations including receiving storing andshipping of products
• Develop and implementstreamlined processes to optimize warehouseefficiency
• Monitor and maintain properinventory levels and ensure accuraterecordkeeping
• Oversee the labeling andpackaging of products for efficientdistribution
• Coordinate with vendors andsuppliers to ensure timely and accuratedeliveries
• Supervise and lead a team ofwarehouse staff providing guidance and training asneeded
• Implement and enforce safety andsecurity protocols within thewarehouse
• Collaborate with other departments tomeet overall organizational goals andobjectives
• Resolve any issues or discrepanciesin inventory or shipments
• Conduct regularperformance evaluations and provide feedback to the warehouseteam

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration orrelated field
• Proven experience in warehousemanagement preferably in the QSR or foodindustry
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventorycontrol and management best practices
• Strongleadership and team management skills
• Abilityto analyze data and make informed decisions to improve warehouseoperations
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
• Proficiency inwarehouse management software and MS OfficeSuite
• Understanding of safety and complianceregulations in warehouse operations
• Ability towork in a fastpaced environment and handle multiplepriorities
• Problemsolving skills and ability toaddress operational challengeseffectively
