We are seeking a dynamicand innovative content developer for an automobile company. Theideal
candidate will be responsible for developingdesigning and delivering highquality content that
supportsthe sales process and product training needs of the organization.This role will require
creativity collaboration and strongproject management skills.

JobResponsibilities

• Liaiseand coordinate with clients to understand their trainingrequirements. Consult if
  
• required.
• Schedule and be a part of a brainstormingsession to formulate a storyline/blueprint for
• the particular module.
• Undertake research work (internet booksexisting modules).
• Develop of theproduct/process/soft skills training module that may includeProgram
• Design PPTs Trainer Guide/Notes &Handouts.
• Coordinating with Graphic team fordevelopment of creative the abovementioned
• collaterals.
• Presentingthe first and subsequent cuts to the client taking feedbackimplementing the
• same and finalizing themodule.
• Conducting a TrainTheTrainer sessionfor booting up the trainers on the content.
• Incorporating feedback if any received whilethe pilot program isdone.

JobRequirements

• Graduateor B.E. in Automobiles/Mechanical or similar
  
• Freshers with fair knowledge of automobilescan apply
• Good Command over MicrosoftPowerPoint.
• Good technical knowledge of theautomotive industry and the products.
• Wellversed with online search engines (Google AutoCar Wikipedia etc.).
• Good communication skills in English &Hindi.
• Analytical bend of mind (must be ableto analyze training requirements logically and provide solutionthat is practical & easy to develop & implement).
• Creative (must be able to convert mundanetasks into exciting activitybased tasks).
• Eyefor detail (must be able to update existing content flawlesslyalignment aesthetics new dataetc.)
