Job summary

Maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, assisting with payroll, handling office operations, and preparing HR reports and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and physical and digital files.
  • Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations and paperwork.
  • Address employee inquiries and issues, and support the resolution of conflicts.
  • Help process payroll, manage employee benefits, and provide information on compensation and allowances.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and reports on hiring trends, employee turnover, and other key data.
