Telemarketing Specialist - India - ARV Global Trade

Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales for our exports business. The role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services, and persuading customers to make a purchase.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Support skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation offered: Rs. 4000 / month (fixed) + Rs. 10,000 per sale (incentive)
