- Design and implement efficient data models in Power BI to support business requirements.
- Ensure data models are scalable, optimized, and maintainable.
- Develop and optimize DAX formulas for creating calculated columns, measures, and calculated tables.
- Implement complex calculations and business logic in DAX.
- Design and implement ETL processes using Power Query to transform and load data into Power BI.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data cleansing techniques.
- Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and Power Automate to create endtoend solutions.
- Develop custom applications and automate business processes.
- Design and manage data flows to streamline data integration and transformation.
- Optimize data flow processes for improved performance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Collaborate with the database team to ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Power BI solutions, data models, and processes.
- Ensure documentation is uptodate and accessible to the team.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, Power Apps & Automate, data flow, optimization techniques, and SQL queries.
- Experience in documentation and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
