- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and job specifications

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to attract top technical talent
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Big Data Developers
- Strong knowledge of technical skills and technologies in the IT industry
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top technical talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment
