    Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and job specifications
    • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding
    • Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to attract top technical talent
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
    • Collaborate with hiring teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment
    • Experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Big Data Developers
    • Strong knowledge of technical skills and technologies in the IT industry
    • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top technical talent
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
    • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • Certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment
