    Opening for Client Serving Manager with MNC Based Digital Marketing Company.

    Location:

    • Mumbai

    5 Days Working & WFO

    Experience:

    7+ Years.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    A minimum of 7 years' experience, ideally in a digital marketing agency
    Proven experience as a Client Servicing Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital agency setting.
    Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and processes.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience interacting with clients at senior levels.
    Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with precise attention to detail.
    Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Effective problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
    Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
    Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
    Hands-on knowledge of all Digital channels: Web, Social Media, PPC, SEO, etc.
