- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Master's Degree in Education
- Passion for alternative education models and enjoyment of working with young learners.
- Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills.
- Comfort in teaching English, Math & Science

- Strong interest or working knowledge in the Primary/ Middle years.
