    We engage our young learners through creative, purposeful and holistic learning experiences while building out a pioneering school which focuses on learning through the joy of play. The Papagoya School caters to diverse student learning styles and needs, through the application of a wide range of teaching techniques, particularly in mathematics, literacy and in integrated, thematic-based and project-based learning experiences

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the professional management and operation of the micro-school.
    • Foster positive relationships with parents, fellow teachers, and management.
    • Work full-time with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch.

    Key Skills We Seek:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Education or Master's Degree in Education
    • Passion for alternative education models and enjoyment of working with young learners.
    • Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills.
    • Comfort in teaching English, Math & Science
    • Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach.
    • Strong interest or working knowledge in the Primary/ Middle years.
    • Ability and willingness to adapt and learn.
    • Desire to be involved in building a micro-school from the ground up.
