Responsibilities:

Should have exposure and handled:

• HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Exit Management|, HR Management , HRBP, MS Office
• Recruitment /Talent Management.
• Interviews are In progress
• Candidates from Supply Chain & Logistics sector and other sectors may apply.
• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.

Salary: 12 to 15 Lakhs CTC p.a

Qualification: MBA - HR. OR EQUIVALENT.
