- Analyze customer's business requirements as a basis to propose product solutions
- Delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to the key decision makers from various teams within the client's organization
- Creating proposals, RFP responses and providing timely and mature answers to the techno-functional queries raised by the prospective clients
- Managing client expectations in terms of the deliverables, efforts, timelines and product customizations etc
- Team as part of the product team and assist sales team in qualifying prospects
- Produce written specifications (i.e. Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents) highlighting product features and benefits / value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutions
- Prepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests.
- Analyze requirements and propose solutions to solve complex customer requirements
- Ensure clear understanding of customer's technology requirements; provide support for proposal and project teams
- Training internal teams on product and technology
- At least five years of experience in a pre-sales role along with hands-on experience in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections), Co-lending, Treasury, Payments or CBS solutions
- Knowledge of other enterprise software solutions (Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Security and Cloud)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of preparing proposals
- Proven experience of managing Proof Of Concept activities with clients
- Ability to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience as well as a technical audience
- Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects
- Strong technical and business awareness
- MBA from Premier B School Preferred, or B.E./B.Tech from Premier College preferred
