    Pre-Sales Manager / Pre-Sales Consultant

    We are looking to onboard highly skilled individuals who are eager to take on cutting-edge challenges and join one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the Lending/Treasury industry. This provides an extraordinary opportunity to present the innovative solutions of the company to the top business and technology leaders at prospective clients (Banks / NBFCs / FinTechs).

    Job Role:

    • Analyze customer's business requirements as a basis to propose product solutions
    • Delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to the key decision makers from various teams within the client's organization
    • Creating proposals, RFP responses and providing timely and mature answers to the techno-functional queries raised by the prospective clients
    • Managing client expectations in terms of the deliverables, efforts, timelines and product customizations etc
    • Team as part of the product team and assist sales team in qualifying prospects
    • Produce written specifications (i.e. Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents) highlighting product features and benefits / value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutions
    • Prepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests.
    • Analyze requirements and propose solutions to solve complex customer requirements
    • Ensure clear understanding of customer's technology requirements; provide support for proposal and project teams
    • Training internal teams on product and technology

    Qualifications:

    • At least five years of experience in a pre-sales role along with hands-on experience in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections), Co-lending, Treasury, Payments or CBS solutions
    • Knowledge of other enterprise software solutions (Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Security and Cloud)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of preparing proposals
    • Proven experience of managing Proof Of Concept activities with clients
    • Ability to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience as well as a technical audience
    • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects
    • Strong technical and business awareness
    • MBA from Premier B School Preferred, or B.E./B.Tech from Premier College preferred
