    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3.5 years of experience in IT recruitment and be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
    • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
    • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including drafting offer letters and managing pre-employment checks.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment-related initiatives and projects.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for IT positions across various levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview processes.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
    • Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields is a plus.
