- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for IT positions across various levels.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields is a plus.
