- Degree with strong academic credentials preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, or technology related field
- At least 8+ years experience in analysis and visualization software (Python, Tableau, Excel, VBA, SQL, R)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including experience with collaboration and workflow tools and SharePoint design
- Previous project management and team leader experience
- Strong and well-developed analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills
