Job Description:
As a Mortgage Processor at PrivoCorp, youll play a critical role in facilitating the mortgage
loan process from application to closing. Youll work closely with loan officers, underwriters,
and borrowers to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained, verified, and processed
accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of
mortgage lending regulations will be essential as you navigate the complexities of the
mortgage industry
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process mortgage loan applications accurately and efficiently fromorigination to closing.

• Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete
before underwriting

• Review applicant's income and asset documents to assess eligibility and ensure
compliance with lending guidelines.

• Communicate regularly with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to gather
information, provide updates, and resolve issues.

• Enter and maintain loan application information in our mortgage processing system.

• Manage loan process through mortgage software system (Registration, Submission,
Condition Clearing, Closing)

• Ensure all loan applications and documentation comply with federal and state lending
regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.

• Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the mortgage
processing process.

• Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met

• Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives

Requirements

• Must have a 2-3 years of experience in US Mortgage
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
  
• Previous experience with mortgage loan processing preferred
  
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans is a plus
  
• Experience in voice processing with US clients is a plus.
  
• Flexibility to work on night/day shift as per client requirement
  
• Work from Office (Infopark, Kakkanad)
