- 4 to 5 years of Total Experience in Software Testing Field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Siebel CRM and Salesforce.
- Proficient in JIRA tool
- Experience in quote management, order management, product catalog pricing, billing and invoicing.
- Responsible for conducting end-to-end (quote to cash) testing in Siebel CRM, Salesforce, and various custom-built applications.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Perform end-to-end testing for Siebel CRM, Salesforce, and various custom-built applications.
- Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects and work with the development team to troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
- Participate in application planning meetings and provide input on the software development process.
- Proven experience as a software tester or similar role.
- Experience with Siebel CRM, Salesforce, and various custom-built applications.
- Strong experience in quote to cash and sales motion is essential.
- Knowledge of quote management, order management, product catalog pricing, billing and invoicing is highly relevant
