    Description

    We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Vice President to join our Client Development and Engagement Team and lead our efforts in driving strategic growth and profitability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing client engagement strategies, building and managing high-performing teams, and exceeding client expectations.

    Qualifications:

    • 20+ years of experience in strategic planning, execution, P&L management, and business development, with a focus on Market Research/Insights/Digital Business Research.
    • Proven track record of success in exceeding revenue targets and achieving profitability goals.
    • Expertise in client relationship management and building strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives.

    Exprience must from market reaserch domain, KPO industries only

    These teams may include

    1. Sales, Lead Generation, Email Marketing, outbound calling, etc on the Sales or Revenue Side
    2. Digital, SEO, Content Writing, Performance Marketing, Visual Designing on the Digital / Digital Marketing Side
    3. On operations side, it can be sampling, data Services, quality, Project Management, Vendor or Supplier relations, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive client development and engagement strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of the client lifecycle, from initial acquisition to ongoing relationship management and account expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at client organizations.
    • Lead and manage a high-performing team of client engagement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.
    • Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service that exceeds expectations and builds long-term loyalty.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and implement them to enhance client engagement efforts.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and thought leadership.
