Responsibilities :

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Architect and design scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions using best practices and design patterns.

Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

Drive innovation and technical excellence within the team, exploring new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Java applications with other systems and platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Define and enforce development processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Java development, software engineering, and related technologies.
