    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a visionary Data Science Leader to spearhead our data-driven initiatives.

    This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in driving business growth through strategic data analysis, machine learning, and innovative technology solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective data pipelines
    • Develop and maintain large-scale data systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and scalability
    • Design and implement predictive models to drive business outcomes, including metrics and KPIs
    • Communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Graduate degree in a quantitative field (CS, statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline)
    • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in numerical, data analysis, or AI frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.
    • Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and PowerPoint
    • Predictive modeling experience in Python, including Time Series, Multivariable, and Causal models
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects
