RoleOverview: We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to leadour human resources department. This role will be pivotal inshaping our company culture driving HR strategies and enhancingemployee engagement to support our business growth andretention.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Developand implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with theoverall business strategy.
• Bridge managementand employee relations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues.
• Manage the recruitment and selectionprocess to attract and retain toptalent.
• Support current and future businessneeds through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of human capital.
• Oversee andmanage a performance appraisal system that drives highperformance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefitsprogram.
• Assess training needs to apply andmonitor training programs.
• Ensure legalcompliance throughout human resourcemanagement.

Requirements:

• Proven4 years of experience as an HR Manager or other HRexecutive.
• Peopleoriented andresultsdriven.
• Knowledge of HR systems anddatabases.
• Ability to architect strategy alongwith leadership skills.
• Indepth knowledge oflabor law and HR best practices.
• Degree inHuman Resources or relatedfield.
