PositionOverview:
Weare seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to join ourteam.

The Academic Counselor will play a key role in engaging withprospective students understanding their career goals andeducational needs and guiding them towards the most suitabletraining programs.

This role requires a deep understanding of theIT industry excellent communication skills and a passion forhelping individuals achieve their professionalaspirations.

Requirements

• Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand theireducational background career objectives and priorexperience.
• Provide personalized guidance and advice to students on selectingthe most appropriate training programs based on their goals andskilllevel.
• Explain the curriculum course objectives and learning outcomes ofour IT training programs to prospective students in a clear andconcisemanner.
• Address any questions or concerns raised by students regarding thetraining programs admission process or other relatedmatters.
• Assist students in completing the enrollment process includingfilling out application forms submitting required documents andprocessingpayments.
• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls emails orinperson meetings to provide additional information and support asneeded.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to track student inquiriesapplications and enrollment numbers and provide regular updates onprospective studentstatus.
• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and changesin the IT job market to effectively advise students on their careerpaths.
• Participate in marketing events webinars and outreach activities topromote our training programs and attract newstudents.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions inquiries andenrollment data using our CRMsystem.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate in any relevent Field
• Excellentinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport withstudents from diversebackgrounds.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written with theability to convey complex information in a clear and engagingmanner.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaborativelywithin a teamenvironment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability tomanage multiple taskssimultaneously.
