    Digital Marketing Strategist – Crypto
    We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist with proven experience in the crypto and blockchain space. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the crypto and dApp market. Your expertise in digital channels, community building, and performance analytics will be crucial in scaling our user base and establishing a vibrant community around our innovative protocols.

    Responsibilities:
    Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, content marketing, SEO, and influencer collaborations.
    • Drive user acquisition and retention initiatives with innovative, cost-effective strategies.

    Community Building & Engagement:
    • Cultivate and engage with online communities on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
    • Build strategic partnerships with crypto influencers, thought leaders, and industry stakeholders.
    • Organize and manage community events, AMAs, webinars, and other engagement activities to drive brand loyalty.

    Data-Driven Optimization:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
    • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track user behavior and campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with product and UX teams to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.

    Requirements:
    Experience:
    • 3+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, with significant experience in the crypto or blockchain sector.
    • A proven track record in driving user acquisition and community growth for dApp or technology products.
    Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and emerging trends within the crypto ecosystem.
    • Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
