Job description
The Taxation Executive (GST) is
responsible for managing all aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST)
compliance, reporting, and audit support. The role ensures timely filing of
returns, reconciliation of tax data, adherence to regulatory requirements, and
coordination with internal departments and external auditors to maintain full
compliance with GST laws.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST
returns (GSTR -1, GSTR -3B, GSTR -9, etc.) within statutory deadlines.
<\/li> - Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) with vendor
data and ensure accurate claim of credits.
<\/li> - Manage GST payments, refunds, and adjustments as
per applicable laws.
<\/li> - Review purchase and sales registers to ensure
correct tax classification, rates, and compliance.
<\/li> - Handle notices, assessments, and queries from GST
authorities.
<\/li> - Maintain proper documentation and records for audit
and compliance purposes.
<\/li> - Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts,
Procurement, Sales) to ensure tax accuracy in transactions.
<\/li> - Stay updated with changes in GST regulations,
circulars, and notifications.
<\/li> - Support statutory and internal audit teams during
tax audits.
<\/li> - Assist in developing and implementing process
improvements for tax efficiency and compliance.
